MANUEL CABRERA CONCRETE. Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Inversiones Manuel Cabrera was founded in 1997, initially oriented to real estate investments with the purchase and sale of properties. Due to the sustained growth of the construction sector in the last decades, it decided to venture into the construction sector, developing important projects in the eastern part of the country.

Due to the constant need for concrete for its projects, and in order not to depend on ready-mix companies, it decided to invest in 2020 in the purchase of concrete production equipment.

For this purpose, after several analyses of your requirements, we supplied you with the first IMER GROUP brand plant, model ORU JUST 50, of the dosing type with an hourly capacity of 45-50 m3/h, with a single tank design for aggregates, with a 56-ton silo and its own automation system for the management and control of the plant.

Thanks to their rapid growth and the needs of the concrete market, they decided to start selling ready-mix concrete to supply small and medium-sized builders in the area.

With a quite profitable business in execution, their need to continue growing led them to acquire a new IMER plant model LINK S110 (110 m3/h) of the dosing type, equipped with a storage system for aggregates of up to 65 m3 in 3 compartments, with 2 silos to store cement for a total of approximately 300 tons.

This plant has its own automated system for management, control and inventory of raw materials, as well as a moisture probe for the sand and precise dosing of admixtures to obtain high quality concrete.

These two IMER concrete batching plants have an installed capacity of 160 m3/h.
We currently produce 10 thousand m3 of concrete for sale to the construction sector in the city of Santo Domingo and the eastern part of the Dominican Republic.
